Booking and Scheduling

Coaching sessions may be scheduled through a third-party scheduling platform accessed through our website.

When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate information and select an available appointment time that you can attend.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and the time reserved for your coaching session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in termination of coaching services.

Payments

Payment is required according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a specific offering, refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

After the 24-hour refund period has passed, payments are generally non-refundable once services, access, materials, or digital products have been provided.

Due to the nature of coaching, courses, memberships, and digital products, refunds may not be available after access has been granted or services have begun.

Any exceptions will be considered at Well Rooted’s discretion.

Digital Products, Courses, and Memberships

For digital products, online courses, memberships, or downloadable materials:

  • Access may be provided immediately after purchase.

  • You are responsible for maintaining access credentials.

  • Materials are licensed for your personal use only.

  • You may not share, reproduce, sell, distribute, or publicly display materials without written permission.

Membership terms, billing frequency, and cancellation procedures will be provided during enrollment.

All content created by Well Rooted, including but not limited to:

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for your own personal growth and education.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Well Rooted materials without written permission.

Information shared during coaching will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is:

No Recording of Sessions

Coaching sessions are not recorded by Well Rooted.
